Stabilizing the Pelvis and Core Option 4

This is a yoga sequence on your back and then face-down (preparation poses) that will help prepare the strength in your core, pelvis, and back, including hips, glutes, and abductors/adductors. The intention of these video clips is to help to create a more stable moving experience when you come to standing asanas. In this sequence of videos you can take one video individually to explore these strengthening exercises (on its own it is a complete practice), or you can choose to watch them sequentially to build your practice how you prefer.
