Stabilizing the Pelvis and Core Option 2

This floor sequence helps to build the strength components in the breath, pelvis, and core that will help to build your yoga practice. You will start on your back, pay attention to the mechanics of your breath, take some time exploring core exercises, and then transition to some face-down exercises. These will culminate in downward facing dog, some warm up for the vinyasa, and ending in a standing forward fold. This video can be combined with other videos as a warm up that will bring you to the top of your mat.
