Stabilizing the Pelvis and Core Option 1

In this floor sequence (on the back) we will explore some preparatory postures that will help to stabilize the pelvis and the core for yoga. This will be a series of four sequences that will build the strength for such flows as the vinyasa and for standing sequences like sun salutations and other standing flows. You can watch this sequence on its own or as a group.
